Voice of Needy Foundation, established in 2013, is dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities by creating opportunities and breaking barriers. With a strong commitment to empowerment, inclusion, and dignity, we work relentlessly to ensure individuals with disabilities have access to health, education, and livelihood opportunities.
Our Mission
- Employment Opportunities: Create employment opportunities for people with disabilities to lead dignified lives.
- Early Intervention: Prevent secondary deformities/disabilities through Early Intervention programs.
- Entitlement Facilitation: Implement entitlements for children and people with disabilities by supporting and facilitating disabled people groups.
- Access to Services: Ensure children and people with disabilities have access to education, rehabilitation, and social security schemes in our working areas.

- Livelihood Development: Enabling skill-building and job opportunities tailored to individuals with disabilities.
- Health and Early Intervention: Conducting programs to prevent and address secondary disabilities at an early stage.
- Advocacy and Entitlements: Facilitating access to government schemes, social security, and legal rights for people with disabilities.
- Education and Rehabilitation: Supporting inclusive education and rehabilitation services for children and adults with disabilities.
Our Approach
Voice of Needy Foundation employs a holistic, community-driven approach, working closely with local stakeholders, families, and individuals. Our programs are grounded in sustainability, equity, and accessibility.
Our Impact
5000+ disabled people directly benefited with various programs of the organization
- 1510 disabled people trained and created job opportunities for 1050 individuals with disabilities.
- 150 children with disability is supported with aids and appliance and other rehabilitation through early intervention program .
- 3000+ individuals with disabilities to access to entitlements .
- 121 disabled people trained on Entrepreneurship development training 71 people started their own business and 31 received loan average 25K each .
